From the 27th July - 9th August I will have no internet connection, because I am going camping. The only electronic devices I take with me are torches and cameras. I really enjoy it, so don’t worry about me! This of course means I won’t be able to blog or anything during this time. I will queue stuff of course, but I sadly cannot message or respond to asks. I will circulate this a bit before I leave, and during that time.

-This comes from fandom. He is described as having light brown, graying hair in the books. When Harry sees him after his death via the resurrection stone he’s younger than he was when he died, and his hair is described as being thicker and darker. Whether darker simply means less gray, or means that his hair was a darker shade of brown when he was younger, I’m not sure.
-This comes mostly from fandom, but likely has roots in canon. He’s often portrayed as being nervous or shy. Neither of those are either confirmed or denied in the books, but we do know that he compensates for being a werewolf by maintaining a very reserved personality (publicly), both to keep attention away from himself and to counter the stereotype that werewolves are uncivil even in human form.
-I wanted to say that curry is big there, but I don’t live in the UK. So I hopped on wikipedia and found this:

Now, I’m assuming you’ve already thought of this, but in the fics you’re reading is James of Indian descent? It’s become more and more popular to headcanon him as Indian, and I’ve seen a lot of fics include “some of Mrs. Potter’s curry” as a tie-in to that.

Any Recurring Dream: I sometimes have a weird thing where I’ll have a dream involving certain characters dreamed up by my subconscious, and then a couple of weeks, months or sometimes even years later, I’ll have like a sequel to that dream with like the same characters but a different storyline. I had a dream about 10 years ago (when I was 6 or 7) about this little kid who was my friend and who collected living insects, and then last year I had the same dream again only the kid in the dream had aged to now be the same age as me, it was weird. So, not really any recurring dreams, just sequels to dreams I’ve already had.
Any Phobias or Fears: Um, obvious things like spiders (but only this one specific type of spider, most spiders I’m okay with), Daddy-Long-Legs/Crane Flies/whatever you call them freak me out, my one big fear though is that I’ll be on my deathbed some day and I’ll regret what I chose to do with my life, that terrifies me.

Would you take a bullet for someone: Definitely depends on the person. Most people, not a chance, but there are a few (maybe three or four) I would take a bullet for without even having to think about it. Does that sound bitchy?
If you had money to spare, what would you buy first: How much money are we talking here? Are we talking “buy a flat in London” money or are we talking “treat yourself to a Starbucks” money? I need specifics!!! If it was a nice amount of money but not a crazy amount, probably I’d go see Book of Mormon again.

Hiding in the upstairs bathroom at a party, avoiding everyone, and stealing their wifi
